Sending Best Practices

Follow these guidelines to keep your emails landing in the inbox, not spam.

Warm Up New Inboxes

New or newly connected inboxes should ramp up sending volume gradually. Start with 10-20 emails/day and increase over 2-3 weeks.

Set Sending Limits

Go to Settings > Inboxes > [Your Inbox] > Sending Limits to cap daily volume per inbox. This protects your domain reputation.

Check Domain Health

Go to Settings > Inboxes > [Your Inbox] > Deliverability to check your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. All three should be correctly configured before high-volume sending.

Avoid Spam Triggers

• Avoid excessive links or attachments in early sequence steps
• Personalize subject lines and opening lines
• Keep unsubscribe/opt-out options visible
